Unusual use of wheat grains

Not many people know that wheat grains have medical properties. Sprouted grains are an important stimulator of activity of a live organism because they contain a wide range of vitamins and various enzymes. People of all ages, who took sprouted grains for 1-2 weeks, notice significant improvement in their health. It includes teeth becoming stronger, improvement in vision, movement coordination and hair loss. Grains can be used to treat many illnesses and just to improve a general state of health. How to use: carefully wash 50-100 g of grains in cold water, put them in a bowl and add enough water to slightly cover grains. Put napkin over the bowl and place it in warm place. After 24 hours there will be sprouts that should be about 1 mm in height. Crush sprouted grains, add an equal to crushed grains amount of milk or boiled water and honey if desired, put in a glass pot and steep at low heat for 10-15 min. Take 1-2 table spoons 3-4 times a day before meal for 3-4 weeks.
